Federation of Window Cleaners
The Federation was established in 1947 as an independent, non-profit making organisation to support the needs of window cleaners in the UK. Owned by and run only for the benefit of our members. Our purpose is to maintain and improve the window cleaning industry and to represent our membership, updating our image in line with the unrivalled federation that we have become today and in turn we continue to re evaluate the service offering we supply to our membership.
About Us
Window Cleaners have access to people’s properties more than any other trade, and the federation strongly encourages the general public to use a bona-fide window cleaner, therefore improving safety, efficiency and status of the cleaner. By selecting a registered member of the FWC to clean your property, you can be sure they have liability insurance in place, and that they are encouraged to work to our code of good practice.
